10. Data Retention

Analytics data collected via Google Analytics is retained for 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted. Cups2Grams does not maintain its own database of visitor records. If you contact us by email, correspondence is retained for up to 2 years for record-keeping purposes.

11. International Data Transfers

This site is hosted and operated globally. Third-party services including Google Analytics and Google AdSense may transfer and process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses and other mechanisms approved by relevant data protection authorities for such transfers.
